Or, if necessary, We’ll organize a suitable time to visit where we will more thoroughly go through any job details. After that, we will email you the full details of any job to be undertaken along with a mutually agreed date and start time for the project to begin.And once we begin your project, you will have our undivided attention right up to its satisfactory completion.
Our goal is to provide as many services as possible. Unfortunately, the reality is that we can’t do everything….yet. However, we do most things and there are only a few things we don’t do. It is not absolutely necessary, but we prefer to have someone at the home that is at least 18 years old. You may arrange for us to gain access to your property and to lock it after we leave. If you are out-of-state, we can provide pictures of the finish job that would be emailed along with the invoice. We treat your home with the utmost respect and care. The only thing we want to be sure about is that you leave arrangements for payment, if you are paying by check, or we can email you an invoice (due upon receipt) once the office receives the information from the handyman.
Essentially, our office is open from 8:30am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. However, we do actively have someone to answer calls from 7am-8pm, Monday thru Saturday. We also do have 24 hour emergency services available. As for scheduling, we typically have appointment times during the weekdays, but have some availability during evenings & weekends.
